Private voice note and chat support Monday to Friday. Between sessions you have direct access to me. Not a portal. Not a form. Me. Real time support for the moments when things surface, shift, or break open between sessions. This is where the real integration happens.

I am a corporate executive, a mother, a writer, and a woman who has refused to choose between ambition and a soul.
I am not coaching you from a mountain. I am coaching you from the middle of the same transformation you are trying to make. I know what it feels like to be spiritually awake inside a corporate life that no longer fits. To want the freedom and not yet have the map. To be building the exit while still inside the life you are leaving.
Two years of deep inner work, nervous system regulation, identity evolution, and rebuilding after everything fell apart taught me things that no certification could. That is what I bring into the room with you.
I work with five women/men at a time. That is intentional. This work requires my full presence and yours.
